![]() ![]() Dolphins BUT everything went down in the way back when they informe us the price of the pictures after showing to us.ĥ. We went to the place, they put the family to go all together at the same time, this way no one could be outside to take the pictures. When we arrived and they told us about the pictures I ask the price and they refuse to tell us.Ĥ. Arriving there we were informed that we can not take a picture inside the dolphins pool but a person of the family could be taking pictures from outside. They only say picture is not included in the price.Ģ. First, they do not say in advance (before buy the trip) that you are not allowed to take a picture there. If I can resume my experience at this place in one word I will say SCAM. This is misleading, fake and abusive and I am sure a smart lawyer could take you to court for that. ![]() If I were DolphinIslandPark, I would change ASAP “photo is not included” to “photo is not permitted” on the back of the brochure. It is here to get as much money out of you as possible. The fact that you cannot take pictures during the dolphin show has nothing to do with security purposes or criteria. The 90 USD is for the full package! Take it or leave it my friend! And of course there is absolutely no possibility to only select few pictures that are best. Hostess then just shoot a very expensive pricing for you get these pictures: 90 USD. Then, once back to the DolphinIslandPark, you will be invited by a hostess to watch on a screen all pictures taken by your guide. The fact is your assigned guide will take many pictures of you swimming and kissing dolphins during the show. Indeed, the back of the brochure says “photo is not included” but the real fact is “photo is not permitted at all” (expect for taking pictures of sleepy sharks in another pool aside) and dare you if you just try to take a picture during your dolphin experience yourself! And this not particularly in a nice a friendly way. ![]() Indeed, although the dauphin’s show is of good quality, be aware that DolphinIslandPark will try to get as much money as possible from your experience. but this dream turned very bitter in the end. This program looks fantastic a first sight: swim with dauphins, snorkel with sharks, etc. We were all glad we had done it at least once! The photo pricing is based on the number of people under your reservation. We had great pictures which you had to purchase as well for ~$123 CDN ($90 USD) for 3 people (they include all the pictures, which we had 110 professional quality pictures) - we had reservations for 2 groups of 3 people. We had wanted to experience it at least once in a more “natural” out in the ocean enclosures. Would we pay ~$265 CDN per person ($195 USD) on the Royal Swim again? Absolutely not. The children loved it and had a very memorable experience. Our family and extended family had a blast (3 adults and 3 children - two 10 year olds and one 7 year old), and receive lots of swim time with the dolphins due to being in a group of 10 max. So beware and do your research before going through these resort activities representatives! Booking directly online includes direct resort transfers. Even when we called them out on it by showing them the website pricing, they tried to cover up by saying that’s the booking early discount if you had booked a least so many days in advance. Master bath has a custom tiled shower with a bench seat and frameless shower door unit, double sink vanity with shiplap accent walls, walk in closet, and a barn door entry. We had booked Dolphin Island directly online because the Paradisus Punta Cana Resort activates representatives called Otium were not honest, and were trying to charge us more than was advertised on the Dolphin Island website. Other amenities include a metal roof, board and batten Hardy board siding, spray foam in the attic, wood tongue and groove V joint ceilings with ceiling fans under the covered front and back porches, an outdoor shower and storage underneath, along with a concrete parking pad and driveway.
